Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Polder

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
